Since we have our pictures all individually produced and printed for you, they also have different delivery times. Most of the pictures will arrive within 2 - 3 weeks after confirmation of dispatch. In some, very rare cases, it can take up to 6 weeks - this can happen in times of many orders of individual pictures, because we currently have only one designer, who has to process every single order for you.

We know that you would prefer to have your order tomorrow. Since we produce each product individually for you, the process takes longer. We ask for your understanding and your patience.

P.S. A little trick: If you often embroider thread art pictures, it is best to order several pictures at once. Then you can embroider longer and about 2 - 3 weeks before you are finished with all pictures, you simply order new pictures. Then you can most likely continue embroidering without having to interrupt your relaxing leisure time activity in between. And there is another advantage: From 20 pictures on you are a regular customer and get another 10% discount on further orders!

All pictures are only produced for you when you order them and we receive a large number of orders every day. On the one hand this is very nice, because we know that you like our pictures, on the other hand this creates a very big queue of print orders. The individual pictures also have to be processed by our designer, which causes additional waiting time. At the moment it takes about 7 days until your picture is handed over to our shipping service provider.

But we are already in the process of upgrading our printing machines and expanding our infrastructure to speed up the processes. Since this is connected with high costs, which we would not like to pass on to you, we need time for this and ask for your understanding and patience.

We use an interface to our shipping service provider. Therefore it can take up to 72 hours until the status is updated.

It can happen that the status of a shipment is not updated for a few days. If your shipment status has not changed for more than 14 days, please tell us via e-mail.

This is unfortunately very annoying and we would like to apologize to you very much! We have made the experience that some postmen forget to leave a "pick-up card" with their customers. In most cases the parcel is at your local post office or it was left with a neighbour. The best thing to do is to ring your neighbour's doorbell or call your local post office.
